There is nothing to plot until something has been analysed. Runs belong to nobody — anyone with the link can open one — so the server cannot tell you which are yours. This browser can: anything you have opened is under your runs.

Otherwise, start at the beginning: image analysis if you have plate photographs, or normalization & scoring if you already have colony .dat files.

    What you get
    Plate maps, on the photograph

Every colony in its own position, coloured by size or by interaction score, and for a run that started from photographs the picture itself with the measurements drawn back onto it. A plate that normalized well looks like noise; one that did not still has a bright edge or a dim corner.

    Diagnostics

Row and column profiles before and after normalization, replicate agreement, neighbour effects, circularity, and a quality table over the whole screen.

    Interactions

Double mutant against single mutant, score against reliability, the ranked scores, every strain along the genome, and the hits at the standard cutoffs with links out to SGD and g:Profiler.
